Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Michaela Kerem, who operates ACL Ally. By using ACL Ally, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Not medical advice
ACL Ally is an educational and organizational tool. It is not a medical provider, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for the advice of your surgeon, physical therapist, or other qualified clinician.
Always follow the guidance of your own care team. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in ACL Ally.
Assumption of risk
Recovery, exercise, and rehabilitation carry inherent risks. You are responsible for checking with your care team before acting on anything you see in ACL Ally, including exercises and product suggestions. You use the service and act on its information at your own risk.
Who can use ACL Ally
You must be at least 18 years old to use ACL Ally. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Your account
We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
ACL Ally offers paid plans (Plus and Unlimited) in addition to a free tier. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change applies to your plan.
Acceptable use
Please use ACL Ally as intended. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it to harm others or violate the law.
Your content and our content
The recovery information you enter is yours. You grant us permission to process and store it so we can provide the service (including the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy). The ACL Ally application, its content, and its design are ours and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Affiliate links
Some links in our shop are affiliate links. If you buy through them, ACL Ally may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only list products we would hand a friend.
Disclaimer of warranties
ACL Ally is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it provides is complete or accurate for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michaela Kerem and ACL Ally will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and your continued use means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using ACL Ally at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
